Before this i have GTX 550 Ti (116w) on my pc, but now it's dead, and now i'm gonna change my gpu to RX 570, my psu brand is not well known, some review says it's bad, but i have using this psu for years, i know that i should change my psu, but it will gonna be a while before i can buy a new powersupply (i'm gonna buy Coolermaster MWE 550w bronze)
for now i want to use this gpu for higher res on screen (currently using GT 9600 with bad vram) or for watch 1080p movie, not for gaming (at least now, knowing my psu is not good)
in the psu, it has RoHs, ErP sticker, and fake 80+ white sticker (i didn't find it in clearesult), i was once try too turn on this psu without load, and like most modern psu, it won't turn on (it's turned on, just for a fraction of a second). just now i test the +12v pin in my molex using multimeter, it says 12.41v at lowest, and 12.47v, aida read it 12,192 (constant). While at cpu stress, my multimeter read it at 12,40 lowest, and 12,43 highest, aida read it 12,192 and occt read it 12,19 (occt droped from 12,29).

this build is from 2011,
Asus M5A87
Fx 4100
GTX 550 Ti
RAM 12GB
and suspected PSU : Venomrx Bushmaster 500w (single rail, dc out max 12v 41A =492w)

my question is, is it safe to put my RX 570 in this system, not for gaming or heavy load, but for multimedia? or should i be patient?
edit: gtx 550 ti last for 1 or 2 years, used for gaming daily (3-6 hours)

Should be fine though not recommended, I'd hurry and get a brand name PSU just to lower the chances of a power failure ruining your new GPU. If you're going to use it just for media watching then you shouldn't exceed above 75-90 watts, which means the card will draw power from the PCIe slot more than your PSU.

I'd avoid this like the plague. Specs can't even be trusted on something like this; companies frequently simply outright lie on parts of this dodgy quality. And this is older than sin; it has ATI branding, which AMD dropped more than a decade ago. The RX 470/570/480/580 are surprisingly power spike-y PSUs.

VenomRX? I think I have heard that brand before, but I'm not too sure. Not that it tells anything, though. With no information on the internet, just like the others are saying it is best not to risk reducing your GPU's lifetime with a potentially bad power supply.
