Hi! I currently have a 750W power supply that runs my Powercolor Radeon HD 6950 2GB with no problems. I was looking to get a second Radeon HD 6950, but the second one is made by XFX. I heard that as long as the clock speed and memory is the same, it should have no problem.

What I was wondering is if my power supply could handle two 6950s. This is my current power supply:

My full set up right now (with nothing overclocked, and don't plan to) is:

Asus P8Z68-V/Gen3
i7 2600k 3.4 GHz
Intel 160GB SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB 7200 RPM HDD
3 200mm Red LED case fans
1 200mm no LED case fan
Radeon HD 6950
16GB Kingston Hyper X Ram
And the power supply I posted up there ^^^

Thank you in advance :)

Edit: Just wanted to clarify that I DID look around a bit, and a lot of answers said that if I have a good quality PSU, I should have no problem. The main reason I'm asking this is to see if my PSU, in specific, can run two cards.

Solution

That's for the cheap garbage PSUs, yours is a very good quality one.
