Can not find my server in the Find Server List in CS 1 6

i started dedicated server...now everytime i run it i can not find my server in the Find Server List...i used this tutorial-- http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1-Introduction
any suggestions??

"connect 274.125.293.214" in the console.

Find your IP address and connect manually via console or Find IP in server list.

Sometimes I think the server just does not show, I have had this happen before when trying to join friend's server. I had to connect manually.

You could also try opening ports required for Steam/CS for your router if you have one.
