Question Can not format usb

Hello everybody.i wanted to format my USB flash drive , but in middle of it windows stopped working and it was left unfinished.currently it can't get formatted and an error pops up saying : format finished unsuccsesfully. i tried to format from disk managment and yet didn't work and i noticed it says USB is RAW. at last i tried cmd method and this error pops up . please help me! i need this USB.

USB drives are made very cheaply and prone to failure.

What was the original reason for re-formatting the USB drive?

And I must ask: why do you need that USB? If the USB contains data that you wish to recover, the format attempt most likely destroyed recovery.

For the time being do not attempt any further formatting etc..

More information is needed to consider the option or options that are available.

PNY USB 2.0 16GB 2015 , i don't want it's data , just want to use it again , the reason of formating was, making a bootable disk
