can not install win7 - ssd - error cryptosetup.dll is not designed to run on windows

I just got a new samsung 850 EVO and trying to install a windows 7 on it.
After booting drom dvd, installation starts and asks to choose language, when i click next at this point, it errors saying "x:\sources\cryptosetup.dll" is not designed to run on windows.

Laptop: dell xps l502x - AHCI enabled in bios
Windows 7 home premium 64 which came with the dell.

USB and/or the formatting of the SSD seems to cause this/similar issues

Thanks for reply, but there's nothing related to my problem ?
I am using a dvd to install, it boots just fine, but unable to continue because of the dll issue.
when i go to command promot from repair tools and do list disk i can see my ssd there.

Can you post a screenshot of the exact error?

Ahh from disk sorry I misread that I see that now.

I would try deleting the partition(s) and re-formatting with a third-party program. Then try installing Windows again. This has seemed to work for people.

Seems to be some issue with Win7 and your particular drive.
