"Can not join game" error

My friend and I are trying to play Star Wars Galactic
Battlegrounds Clone Campaign through Zone. Whichever one
is hosting can get to the starting page - where you can
pick the map and the options. The other keeps getting a
screen that says can not join game. We both have Windows
XP. Is there some setting that we can change that will
let us be able to play?

SP2 added a firewall.. You might need to change its settings, or
disable it as a test. Known issues with XP SP2 and various products out
there.

It may help to use the "Enabling programs" section of the above article
to allow Zone.exe, Zproxy.exe and any other Zone program that
communicates with the Zone.
