Can not play Battlefield 2 online

I always get this message when I click play online.

Failed to connect, Please check your network connections.

And the other thing that I get is that when I am on the game. I never see anyone on. But ppl tell me everyday that they play online.

I have Vista and the game run great. And I don't have any patches because I have not had a problem with the game yet. PLease Help

Update the game, 1.5 is the latest version.
You will sure see servers then.
