can not read anything on word 2010

i changed my hdd to a ssd and using hdd as storage when I try to read anything on word I had saved it says user does not have access privilege can anyone help I am the administrator on pc
 
Solution
Even though you may be logging in with same user name on SSD, Win 10 still sees you as a new user. You just need to take ownership of the folder on the hdd

Some folders you don't want to take ownership of as windows may not function afterwards. Document folders are fairly safe though.
