Can not shut down easily

Hello,
When I shut down the window, It is difficult to be shut down.

The message mention that Please do not power off or unplug machine Installing update 1 of 2......

Yeah purushottamaher is right it sounds like win 7 automatic update.........if you just let windows update do its thing,it will shutdown eventually....its allright nothing to worry about and you can turn automatic updates off,I do,but i also check for updates manually a few times a week,its good to keep your windows updated though 😉
