When I try to start BF3 I get an error

"Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter "Intel(R)
HD Graphics " with driver "Unknown". Error is DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED ("Unsupported.").

This is typically caused by not having required DirectX support in the GPU.
For NVIDIA GPUs, DirectX 10.0 support is required.
For AMD and GPUs from other vendors, DirectX 10.1 support is required."
I have direct x 11 my graphics is Internel Ati radeon 3000 series memory 512 mb.i have also upgrade my graphics software version and it is 12.3. Please what to do now i want to play the game

according to the error you get your graphics is the Intel HD which is an integrated GPU on intel CPUs. Anyway,

The minimum spec for BF3 for GPU is as follows:
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or ATi Radeon HD 3870 with pixel shader 5.0

do note that 3870 is not an "internel" you need to purchase a dedicated GPU to run a game like BF3

try a manual install of dx10 from microsoft and try again

what os are you using
i dont think the ati 3000 support dx11

Actually I believe he has an Intel HD3000 Integrated GPU, non supported, but checked any ways, Ati HD3200 & HD3400 series are non supported. Goto = http://www.systemrequirementslab.com and test games there, it will tell you what you can run with what you have.

You need a dedicated GPU for running the game.
