Can not turn on and stay freez

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 will not fully turn on!
Suddenly, after using this morning, my tablet will on turn on as far as Samsung logo. I have tried rebooting using the off&volume button. It turns off reboots .....'Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1' then starts to show the trade but in a few seconds stay freez. Please I need help NOW
