[SOLVED] Can not use Dism /Apply-Image

ASUS Z390-P, CPU I7-9700K. I am trying to use Dism /Apply-Image, in WIN-PE, instead of the usual install, but everytime it keeps giving me DISM ERROR 13. The captured image, does not work also. This is so frustrating.

Also explaining step by step what you did might give some clues as well.

The captured image, itself, has no problems.

How do you know? Did you boot it up on a system or a VM, because in that case it might not be a dism img anymore because now it has some drivers.

Sorry about before. I used a usb drive. I used the cmd in macrium PE. This method has worked beautifully in the past to apply image. Then suddenly, it doesnt. Sometimes i apply the image instead of using macrium restore. But the captured image does not work as well because I tried it with a traditional windows installation. So I dont know just what is going on?
