Can Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 be run in gigabyte ga-x58a-ud3r motherboard? I'm slowly trying to upgrade my pc.

Specs :
Intel Core i7 950
8gb RAM DDR3 1333 MHz
WD 2TB HDD

Simple answer is yes, the caveat being you need a PSU with the requisite PCI-E 6 pin connector(s):

some of the older mb may need bios update. some gpu and mb bios have bios bug where the new gpu cause a blank screen no post with older bios.

Which is more than enough power wise and my 960's only need one 6 pin PCIe power lead so you may be over endowed there as well! :lol:
