Can NVIDIA GTX 670MX run dual monitor (laptop monitor + additional monitor)?

I am buying a laptop that has the NVIDIA GTX 670MX, and I was wondering if I would be able to have a dual monitor setup (laptop monitor + external monitor)? Do I need an additional graphic card to be able to do this?

As long as the laptop has an external video output (e.g. HDMI port) you will be able to run both the laptop screen and and external monitor.

Determine what external output the laptop has.
Acquire a cable to match that output.
Acquire a screen that matches the other end of the cable.
Plug them all together.
