I've been looking on here and I've tried a bunch of stuff that worked for other people. I've tried switching which slot I have the ram in and so far the PC will only boot if one of the sticks is in A2 which leads me to believe the other stick is faulty. But I'm hoping that I can get it to work. Any suggestions would be great. My mobo is asrock ab350 pro4. Memory 2X4GB of XPG ddr4 3000. CPU AMD ryzen 5 1600. In the UEFI menu I'm only seeing the one stick show up. I'll try yours guys suggestions but I'm not going to be back until later. I will post updates if I try anything else.

Solution
Try this first , close PC and remove power cable. Remove the battery (it's usually behing GPU in most motherboards) and leave it for 10mins. Put battery back and power cable and restart PC. If it doesnt work the stick is faulty but if it does work BIOS needed to reset.
