Can only open some ports not all

Hi, i am trying to open ports by using DMZ or mannualy it opens only some ports www.yougetsignal.com shows me this:

Port 21 is open on 188.my ip
Port 22 is open on 188
Port 23 is open on 188
Port 25 is closed on 188
Port 53 is closed on 188
Port 80 is open on 188
Port 110 is closed on 188
Port 115 is closed on 188
Port 135 is closed on 188
Port 139 is open on 188
Port 143 is closed on 188
Port 194 is closed on 188.69
Port 443 is closed on 188.69
Port 445 is open on 188
Port 1433 is closed on 188
Port 3306 is closed on 188
Port 3389 is closed on 188
Port 5632 is closed on 188
Port 5900 is closed on 188
Port 6112 is closed on 188
Why only those ports? When i turn off DMZ all ports are closed. Btw i called my ISP (ordered static ip) they told me that they are not blocking anything and i should find IT specialist to help me thats why i am asking for your help. Any help would be nice. Thank you. (Sorry for bad english not my main language)

You don't want all 65K ports accessible to your DMZ. This router apparently has a default list of services it forwards to the DMZ.
