I want to know if original PSUs like Seasonic can be pirated or faked. I'm planning to buy a Seasonic G-550 80+ gold semi-modular PSU on a computer parts store near on my school. It costs PHP 2,000 (39.41USD), complete accessories and cables. Upon researching on online stores it costs around $74.23 on Amazon and $69.90 on Newegg. The price is almost half of the online store's price or maybe it is a good deal? Although it is posted in Facebook, I know the store's physical address. Please help.

Anything can be pirated/counterfeited. Is this the case, no idea. Could just be a sale. The question i would ask is the store you purchasing from reputable or known for having counterfeited merchandise. If they are reputable you are likely fine if not i would be wary.
