can pair 1333mhz RAM with 1600mhz

can i pair both, i know that 1600mhz will downclock to 1333Mhz but what about CAS and their frequency will i get any problem.

Yes the 1600Mhz ram will downclock to 1333Mhz and the CAS will be set at the EVA ram's setting as the Corsairs ram rated for lower CAS (lower is better). You can almost always run Ram at lower speeds and higher CAS. It should work just fine.
