i have palit NVIDIA GT 610 2GB DDR3 64 bit graphic card.will this work on DZ75ML-45K?or you need a GPU blike NVIDIA GTX960/750ti (PCI-ex3.0x16) cards to play high end games like NFS the run.mw 2012,rivals and other latest games with at 1080p resolution/1280x1024 resolution at ultra video settings?pls suggest me.

other specs are Generic local made PSU (ODSSYEY 450W),8GB RAM(2X4GB DDR3 @1600 M.Hz),cpu i5-3330 @3 G.Hz,OS Windows 7 ultimate SP1 64bit.windows experience index is 5.7....need a suggestion pls

your G610 will work with that mobo. but if you really have gaming in mind go get better card. if you don't have money to get the likes of 960 just get much cheaper card like 750Ti. it is quite decent performer at low resolution.
With the rest of your specs, the nVidia 750 Ti is the best bet, mostly due to the power supply. That card can also be found in a SFF size so if you have a smaller case it will fit. For an i5 system with 8 gig of RAM getting a slower card would not make much sence. The lowest card you should look at is the nVidia 730, 640, maybe Raden 7750 or R7 240. The 610 you are asking about is too slow for games even at low settings. Even the 750 Ti would be having issues with some games at 1080p at High or Ultra settings.
