Can Pentium G3220 Run Dota with GT 610/GT 630?

Hello guys. I'm planning to help my gf build her budget low-mid gaming,editing pc. Is G3220 alright if paired with a GT 610/GT630. She will play games like Dota2 editing on photoshop and sony vegas. Is that okay? Suggestions can help.

Really, it depends on what you think is "okay", rather, what your girlfriend thinks is "okay".
This Youtuber shows that you can play DOTA 2 with a weaker CPU but with the same GT630.

If you can raise your GPU budget a little bit to get the GTX 650 or Radeon HD 7750 (7770 if they are nearly the same price, the 250x is also acceptable, but that's probably too much of a stretch of your budget).
The lowest end card you want for DOTA 2 would be the two I mentioned above.

Yes, the GT 630 can decode 1080p videos.
I stand by what I said earlier, raise your budget a little bit to get the GTX 650 or Radeon HD 7750 (Or similar cards). The GT 630 goes for around 70USD, while the two I am suggested can be found for about 90USD. A small increase in price gets you a big (nearly double) performance boost.
