Can ping other computers on network, but can't access them

I can ping all other computers on my local network but I can't access them through the network folder. Not all of them show up either. I can access one that isn't shown through IP but can't access one that is shown through IP. I've made sure they're all on the same work group, they all are in the same subnet, the "Function Discovery Provider Host" and "Function Discovery Resource Publication" are set to start automatically, and wireless AP isolation is disabled. File sharing is also enabled and all the computers are on private network settings. All systems can be pinged from one another.

I can only access one of the two through \\IP

Firewall settings correct? Are permissions set correctly? Too many things can get in the way.

Yeah all the firewall settings are correct too. Even tried shutting the firewall off temporarily on all the systems.
