Can play 1080p vids; but low bandwidth

My internet is in a wierd situation. I have just recently unplugged my router from the outlet for a quick home cleaning. After replugging it, i have noticed that websites took seconds longer to load, and the reported bandwidth of my internet is less than 1mbps. I cant play any online games because of this. Yet it can play 1080p videos from youtube. Please help

Make sure your router is on the latest firmware. Also make sure your system is on the latest drivers for your wireless adapter.
