Can playing far Cry 4 damage my ram? What to upgrade in my pc for 2016.

Hello, this is my first question here so please dont be mean
I am playing Far Cry 4 on 2gb ram, i know thats not good but could it damage my ram? Ram is always above 88%
What all should i upgrade in my pc for playing games till 2016
My pc specs -
Intel i3-3240 @ 3.4GHz
RAM - 2GB
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5450 1GB

i dont know how to find about my PSU and motherboard.

Also, i am not planning to play games on ultra, just mid settings at 1280x786

My budget is around 15000 Rs or 250 Dollars and if need be, i can go over it but dont want to as i will buy a laptop in 2016
