Can Psu handle my build?

Mobo an old Asrock N68-VS3 UCC
Amd Phenom II X3 720 - 95 watts
2×4gb RAM
500gb HDD
Nvidia gts 450
2 fans

My psu specs (500watts)

https://ibb.co/GMpXqKg

+3.3V has 25A
+5V has 19A
It has 2 +12V rail:
+12v1 has 20A
+12v2 has 20A
-12V has 0.5A
-5vsd has 3A

Then you replied to your question by yourself. If it requires 22 a on the 12 v rail, your psu won't be enough im afraid. Wattage isn't everything in a psu. Where i was checking (techpowerup) it said it gave a suggestion of 300w. I guess that since your psu is a cheap one, even if it says 500w it has bad ampere values. So yeah, its one of those fake 500w. Also you didn't specify you had 2 cards.

EDIT: https://www.anandtech.com/show/3909/nvidias-geforce-gts-450-pushing-fermi-in-to-the-mainstream/16 As you can see you'd draw 150w in idle and 250 in full load.

Bah, imo you can still manage with that psu, but if you said you checked the nvidia website and they say you need 22 ampere on the 12 volt go with that, i mean, it's nvidia...

I don't see why not to be honest. Unless it's one of those no brand psu that declare 500 w but they turn off when you're barely drawing 200 in the best case scenario, you shouldn't have any issues with it. You should technically have 480w total on the 12 v, so i think you're safe. That build should barely draw 300 w.

Cpu has a 95w tdp, 450 has a tdp of 110w, mobo probably draws 30 to 50, the fans don't really matter. So yeah, 250/300w total tdp.

But google says: The NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 video card requires a 400 Watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 22 Amps on the +12 volt rail according to NVIDIA for a single GPU, so you are covered for one card

Says you need a min of 22 amps in 12v rail

The psu brand sir is: Energy Optimus MACH 500K V2.3 | 500 Watts Power Supply Unit

So the 2nd +12V has no use at all sir? Thanks for answering me
