Can Radeon r7 240 ddr5 run on my pc

My pc's processor is Core2 duo @E4700 2.60 Ghz someone said me that Radeon r7 240 ddr5 is not compatible with my currents specs .Is that really true that I cannot run this on my pc with my current spec

yes as long as your motherboard has a pci e slot then the gpu is comaptible .. there will be no bottleneck seeing as though the card is not very powerful .. yo wont have any issues

what is your mobo ?
if it has a pcie slot then it will work
