can recording damage my cpu and gpu ?

is recording w/o using capture card can damage my CPU or GPU? i want to record on 720 60 fps.
btw i'm using windows 10 xbox capture screen it says 30 fps is recommended. is recording on 60 fps can harm my pc ?
or should i use capture card ? if yes what capture card should i buy (cheap capture card)
my pc cpu and gpu:
gtx 1060
i5 7500
sorry for the noob question it's my first built pc so i'm quite paranoid about everything
 
Solution
It's not directly going to damage yor parts. If course everything that stresses your parts is gonna "decrease" its lifetime.. but you wont realy notice that if you are not a Miner.
