can remove graphic card uefi-gop?

now use GT740
I wanna use rx560 on h61. but it couldn't work.(maybe not good compatibility?) my h61 is oem motherboard therefore can't bios update. I am trying to modify my rx560. Can I try remove uefi-gop part on rx560??
