[SOLVED] Can restarting your computer frequently damage anything?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

for example if I need to restart 5 times in say 15 minutes to do updates or 15 times in a day if I am testing ocing etc. never thought about it and it got me thinking about it.

No, not really. Maybe some more wear on HDDs only, SSDs are not affected.
