What is the make and model of your monitor and how does it pair up with your GPU(inputs)? If your monitor has a maximum of 60Hz then any surplus given off by the GPU will not be translated to the display.

Yes my monitor is 60hz but when i look into gpu display setting then maximum is 75hz
