Question Can Sapphire RX 570 4GB Pulse (ITX) work on 450 watt PSU alongside with my other components

So i have these specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3 4170 3.70ghz (i know it may bottleneck the gpu)
GPU: Msi GTX 750 OC 1GB Edition ( i want to upgrade it with rx 570)
RAM: Crucial 2X4 GB DDR3 1333mhz (can be oc'ed to 1600mhz)
HDD: 500GB 7200 RPM SATA III
OD: Samsung DVD-RW/DVD+RW Drive
OS: Windows 10 pro 64-Bit

My pc was pre-built and the box said my PSU is "Fortron 450 watt 80+ Bronze efficiency" i think its non modular (all cables are coming out from one hole)
I was wondering if the RX 570 pulse itx can work without any problems, some sites say that this gpu needs at least 500w others say 450w or less.
I want the itx (mini) version because the 2 fan version wont probably fit my case

I would want a decent 550w PSU for a 570.
