Yesterday, I started up my up my Sager P750ZM and there was a Windows update. After the restart, the laptop displayed the boot logo but after the Windows start up sound - no display. Hard shut down did not change the issue. Windows 10. NV GeForce GTX 970M. Display is backlit. Access to the bios isn't an issue. Any suggestions? I have already been through the service manual, disassembled, cleaned the fans, and applied clean thermal paste. I was surprised it was still running considering what was there was dried out.
