Can send faxes but aam unable to receive them

Hello,
I have an HP Office Jet K80. I can send faxes, I can print from computer, but have been unable to receive faxes, Any ideas?

Can you head it dialing in and trying to pick up? Print out the log and see what it states for incoming faxes.
