Can slimtype dvdrw sosw-833s burn to cdr 52x disks?

Hello, I need to transfer data for a client onto CDR disks but I don't know if my CDROM can handle CDR 52x disks. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Most probably yes. You can of course try one CD and see if burning to it works.

Hello and thanks for your reply. It's not working, upgraded the firmware from VRS2 to VRS3, still not working, do you have a link to VRS4? Would appreciate it greatly.
