I Keep getting this message every time i switch my pc on, an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drivers that dont contain an operating system. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart. I'm using windows 8.1 and a external slim DVD-RW. Can someone helpme please it been like this for days and i dont know how to fix it

What does that even mean? Lol i dont know much about pc's This my first pc i built this week So am abit lost
