Question can some one give me some advice

hi i have just brought a pc for my nephew due to covid i couldnt go in and test it but i had videos of it working when we got it home there doesnt seem to be any power we have swaped psu and still nothing could this be a simple fix or do i need to go back to where i got it from and get my money back?
