i bought a custom gaming pc and i'm pretty new to building and stuff but how can i find out my specs?

Quite a few ways to do this, I have a program called speccy that I use to check my pc specs, and monitor temperatures. It's a great, easy to use program and I included a link below. You can also get your processor/ram info by right clicking on the "this pc" icon, and clicking properties. Or, you could open device manager and view each component individually.
