Can somebody explain what "Average Block-Erase Count" means?

From what I can gather that number means how many times the SSD has be completely written to. So if you have a 120 GB SSD and have written say 360 GB of data that count would be 3 because its written data 3 times to the entire SSD.

Each SSD has a max number of cycles. usually a few thousand at least. So don't worry too much about it unless it gets like 3000 and not 3 lol

Well I've got 256Gb SSD, and currently it's 134Gb/256Gb used space.. that number increased from 1 to 3 in 4 days, so I'm not sure it means what you said it means :)
