can somebody help me overclock this?

Ok so my AMD Athlon II X2 250 is bottlenecking my GTX 750 and I downloaded AMD Overdrive to overclock it a bit.

In the picture below there are the stock settings of it, what can I do to raise the GHz a bit for example from 3.00GHz to take it to 3.40 GHz but also keep it stable.

I would appreciate it to no end if you could help me out.

Don't use AMD overdrive. Go to the bios and do it there.
For 3.4ghz, you can put the base clock from 200 to 226mhz, or if possible change the multiplicator to 17.
1.4v vcore should suffice, if not, increase that in tiny bits until you're stable.
