[SOLVED] Can somebody help me with my time spy & RTX 3070 Suprim X

So i received my MSI RTX 3070 Suprim X this morning and after running a time spy test on it im getting stuttering whilst watching, ive tried with G-Sync on and off.

cpu frequency drops, perhaps overheating?
try disabling cpu c states in bios and set high performance in power plan settings

Hi, thanks for your reply.

My PCs power settings where set to power saver, now ive set it to ultra performance it seems to have sorted it.
