can somebody make a 1600x900 picture from this small picture?

it is for my windows 7 64 bit pc.

Right click on it, select Edit, click on Resize and put in the size you want.

It won't actually make the picture that size, but will just stretch it to fill that size, it will look pretty bad.

that's why i asked it here. maybe there are some really good guys here who can do that really nice.

You can't stretch a picture that small to 1600x900 and have it look good.
