Avoid windex 8. 1) NSA can bust in 2) unless your on a tablet pc or have a touch monitor then you can't take full advantage of win. 8 3) tradition 4) windows 7 performs better than windows 8...in my opinion

May programs perform significantly better on 8. I would get it for sure. There is no real reason not to. You can adjust every settings so that it work just fine with a non-touch monitor. I highly recommend it.

It just urks me...but i guess windows 8 is OK...just doesn't settle with me to well

Not all drunk drivers crash horribly, either. Doesn't make it a good idea or a safe idea.

It's not really the worst PSU ever -- that PSU is based on the FSP Aurum platform (the 1000W of the same line is much better, being made by Super Flower). It's not a fly-by-night firebox like some of the notorious PSUs, but it's a very average one with mediocre voltage regulation and you can do better.
