Made a change to your CPU and Motherboard, at this point you really should get a Ryzen 2nd gen CPU. They also are far less picky about memeory speed so you could drop down to 2666mhz RAM and offer better single core performance. The Mobo is the older 1st Gen ryzen but ASRock has been good about updating the BIOS shipped with their boards so chances are you wont have an issue. If you do AMD will send you a BIOS upgrade kit.
I'm not super familiar with Thermallake PSUs, but if it were me I would get either a EVGA G2/3 or a Seasonic Focus Plus 550-650 watt.
