The power supply is a weakness and low quality, also the 200R is not the best option if you want good airflow in your system. The 970 Gaming isn't an issue for overclocking, It's an ok motherboard for it but it has to be said that for the same price you can afford an Intel i5 build that will perform quite a bit better as shown with this build:
