Change the power supply.. I don't really like the Hyper 212 coolers. You can get a lot more cooler for a few $$ more. Or, if you're tight on cash you can use the stock AMD cooler and get a better power supply.

Ya know,.. it's kinda hard to say without a budget. The Hyper 212 probably isn't a bad choice actually. You get the RGB I assume you want, and it's a little better than the AMD Wraith Prism that comes with the R7 3700X. It's probably plenty of cooler for the R5 3600. There is a non-RGB Hyper 212 Black Edition for $25 if you are on a tight budget. But if you like RGB then what the heck, go for it.
