Question Can someone confirm this is a GPU issue before I buy a new one?

My Pc is about 2 years old now and it's started to restart randomly. The issue I'm having is that I can't find a consistent reason why it's doing it. It will restart during light loads, heavy loads, even in sleep mode. Sometimes it simply restarts other times it will black screen with the gpu fans spinning 100%. (I have a 1070ti Founders.) If anyone has any idea why it's doing this help would be appreciated.

I would first advise reinstall a fresh copy of windows 10 or 11.

If that does not fix the issues possibly a power supply issue.
