Can someone explain these two?

I need to know what these two terms mean:
Processor Zone Damping
Processor Zone Response
These two are found in the bios of my Intel DH55TC in Advanced>Fan Control and Monitoring.

They just set how aggressively the fan ramps up depending on temp, which according this article may not be very noticeable at all - http://www.silentpcreview.com/article869-page6.html

Granted it is a different motherboard, but may be applicable to your motherboard.

Thanks for explaining. Is it fine to keep it on aggressive? My CPU runs a bit hot.

EDIT: They both can't have the same meaning, right?

One sets how aggressive it is and the other setting changes the level of aggression.
