Question Can someone explain this on Steam

Steam will download some games but say no internet connection for other games

each attempt to connect to available servers will only produce the outcome of that individual attempt.

if your connection is unavailable at any particular time then that attempted connection will report that.

if the next connection properly connects there will be no error.

you will need to determine what is causing these interruptions in service, whether it's;
failing hardware, bad drivers, ISP issues, etc...

how do i determine that but when I click Retry Now, it flashes back to no internet connection but exiting steam completely and opening steam back up seems to work (but I shouldn't have to do that)
