[SOLVED] Can someone explain to me what this is?

So today while browsing the internet i saw this black dot appear on my screen

, I don't think its a dead pixel since it shows on the screeenshot and after restarting the pc the dot was gone, 8-9 hours later the same thing happened but on a different part of the monitor. The monitor is only half a year old and its MSI MAG271C.
edit: It shows on desktop and the browser, it doesn't show while ingame and it gets covered by the start menu in windows.

It's a new RTX 2060 as well, i built my PC in december and got everything then.

use DDU to uninstall drivers then download and install fresh ones.

If that doesn't work then something is wrong with the hardware itself.
