Question Can someone explain why please?

Pretty sure I am in the wrong forum so please forgive me but did not know where to post this. So i just want to know why I can get between 100 to 150 FPS in minecraft but i cant record it on msi afterburner.When recording it drops down to 20 to 30 fps. Could it be my components or maybe MSI Afterburner.

Specs are as follows:

• CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G
• Motherboard: ASUS PRIME A320M-K
• GPU: Vega 8 integrated graphics
• RAM: Ballistix BLX Sport LT 8GB DDR4 2666MHz Desktop Gaming Memory
• PSU: SuperChannel sp400 400watt

only have my hdd for now but want to upgrade black friday
HDD is 7200rpm

i would check to see if your ram is getting maxed out. 8GB sseems low for what you are trying to do. plus the iGPU could be too weak as well

Around 70 -80 percent

I saw my ram max out so that could be it

Is that on each core and not total cpu? It is possible for a single core at 100% to be a limitation before total cpu usage hits 100%.
