I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my USB drive and nothing has worked. I've also looked tom see if something inside my laptop is not fully attached. Nothing. By process of elimination, I have come to the solution, but I cannot find it anywhere on the web for sale. Weird.
My laptop is a HP Notebook - 15t-dw100 CTO. There are two USB ports, side by side sharing the same circuit board. On one of the metal USB ports is inscribed 20737A. The other port has a white rectangular sticker that appears to say "OK/20". Help?

Almost certainly the only way you'll replace this is to find a busted laptop on eBay of the same model. This will also not be documented in any way.

And that's only if this is the problem; you've said little about your process of elimination.

Okay, so i'll put this to you: One day my USB drives stopped working. My phone, external hard drives, ect., will not sync. Nothing. I even did a system restore...

Now, how did you eliminate a problem with the chipset failing rather than the physical port? Did you do a fresh install of Windows or was it just a "system restore" which only really fixes things in a very few, specific circumstances?
